Jay Rowe

Jay Rowe is a UK-based scholar and writer. He is former editor (emeritus) of Make It Plain and regularly writes on issues such as Brexit's impact, racial equality in the UK, and cultural participation across the globe. Born and raised in Birmingham to Jamaican and African parents, he regularly engages with the city's Black community to improve the lives of the most vulnerable and marginalised through dialogue and art.
